This program depart from the hotel at 09h00 and driving to the Village called Kwambani and starting with spice tour by visiting spice firm at the end of the tour you get sit at the bench where you will be enjoying different fruits taste for few minute before going into the village where traditionally live are based, after then we come back to the area where we start cooking lesson for min 2dishes and max 3dishes , this lesson will open your mind and find how local Zanzibari are living.
However, after the lesson – the food we are cooking is what we are enjoying together.
